We were the bored graduates.
So we built the fix.
It started with a bad onboarding experience.
Like most graduates, we arrived at our first jobs excited and ready to go. What we got instead was a stack of PDFs, a compliance video from 2015, and a pat on the back. By week two, we'd already forgotten most of what we were supposed to have "learned."
We knew there had to be a better way. What if onboarding felt like scrolling through your favourite app? What if training was something people actually wanted to complete? What if the technology existed to make learning genuinely fun?
"We built Sixty because we believed that talent engagement should feel as good as the consumer experiences people have every day. That belief still drives everything we do."
Today, Sixty is a suite of three products — the Sixty Platform for mobile-first micro-learning, Waypoint for virtual work experience, and RAISE for AI-powered conversational training — used by organisations like Nationwide, Nestlé, Anglian Water, and UKAEA.
We're a small, focused team that moves fast, cares deeply about the learner experience, and is genuinely obsessed with making training better. We're not trying to replace your LMS — we're trying to make the moments that matter feel unforgettable.
Three things we believe.
Tech-first, always
Obsessed with the learner
Built for scale
Small team. Big impact.
